The ECO scheme has been running since 2013 helping the most vulnerable section of our society to tackle fuel poverty and reduce their fuel costs.

What type of insulation could I apply for?
You could be eligible for all measures of home insulation, providing your property is viable.
Once we have completed your survey our home energy expert can provide you with a detailed assessment of measures that can help you save money on your fuel bills.
In order to qualify you need to be in receipt of certain benefits.
Free boilers and home insulation are available to homeowners in Manchester and across the North West.
If you claim benefits you may be entitled to a free boiler or home insulation courtesy of the ECO (Energy Companies Obligation) scheme. The ECO scheme is now in its 9th year providing help for people to improve their fuel costs with energy efficiency improvements including new free boilers. Free boilers are available to the elderly, disabled and low-income families. To be eligible for a free boiler or insulation you need to be a homeowner or rent your property privately and get one of the following benefits;
